I paid Pholosa on 29/8 13. Since then I have spoken to Meloday, Maureen, Refilwe and another gentleman on 29/8, 3/9, 19/9, 8/10, 11/10, 18/10, 4/11 - each time requesting my paid up letter. Each time there is another excuse - back office 10 day turnaround times, incorrect email addresses, and so the list continues. I have tried calling a switchboard number to speak to a manager and am cut off each time the call is transferred.
I am disgusted.
