It is with sadness that I log this complaint. I have been struggling for at a week to activate my business account with FNB. "How can we help you? " - Hey? I was told that, should I go into a branch they would be able to assist me, unfortunately, this is not one of the ways that FNB can help me. I was told by a very unhelpful lady, with a sign displaying that she is a "relationship, business banker", that maybe I should just send another e-mail. I felt like I was just another waste of her time. In my personal capacity I am a platinum account holder, and would expect better service... I have also contacted premier banking, only to be put through to a very unhelpful business banking desk. I find this type of service severely lacking, and was expecting alot more from a bank with FNB's reputation.
