I had been into FnB on Friday the 25th of January to get a debit Dispute sorted and was told that the money will be in on the same end of business, well end of business that day it was not, I waited the weekend and went back in on Monday I had to explain the entire story again and was told the same thing i waited the whole day and still nothing, I went back in on Tuesday and Stella the team leader for that department assisted me she was Extremely helpful and friendly I asked her to please explain the process of how to go about requesting a debit dispute and then I explained to her my situation and within 5mins the money was back in my account. I feel that STELLA should be rewarded for this and all the staff should take tips from her on how to deal with clients and excellent service, Fnb is lucky to have such a dedicated employee backing them up.
