Report No. 3 with no JOY on IRP5

This is the third time I am writting to ABSA to ask for my IRP5, I am not getting any response from them except the usual "Cut and Paste message"

ABSA, can you please send me, via email my IRP5 for the pension payout paid by you to me when I resigned from ABSA in 2010.

I have placed my ABSA employee number and ID number under the ACC field.
