JP! I honestly do not understand why the claim for my scratch was declined based on the fact that it was longer than 15 cm The quote provided by the panel beater is within the R3000 maximum price limit-even though it's over 15 cm Is that right/fair, given that this was not my fault and someone else scratched me? Then what is the point of this policy? Is us sending through a picture some form of you 'catching us out'? does it even make sense to you? You're worse than insurance, it took long enough after driving around wasting petrol to get quotes. What a huge inconvenience! I sure will be putting this up on hellopeter to explain how sneaky you are. This is really pathetic. I don't think I'll continue with the policy much longer and will call in soon to cancel if I have to fork out of my pocket to pay for mistakes which aren't mine!

NOTE THAT THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL ON YOUR PART, WHAT DOES THE SIZE OR LENGHT OF DAMAGE HAVE TO DO WITH THIS? DO YOU DISCLOSE THIS IN YOUR CALLS, AND WHY IF THIS IS UNDER R3000 IS IT AN ISSUE WHILE YOU POCKET OUR CASH-MEISERS!
