My ma has a burial with V plan which was brought up to date on 18 October 2013 she passed on 03 November 2013 we were forced to pay R5000 cash for her burial under false information that there is 21 days waiting period for full benefits. Recently we have seen the policy sayong its 14 days waiting period for full benefits after arrears is paid and R1000 will be charged not R5000, they are refusing to refund us the R4000 .
