Bad service and treatment by service provide

My father passed away on the 04 May 2013. On obtaining the death certificate and all other supporting documents as per Sanlam's policy documents I proceeded to the Sanlam office in Pretoria Arcadia. They gladly assisted us with receipt and completion of other forms. On the policy there was portion towards burial which I requested that they pay to assist with the burial the on Friday. Sanlam could not confirm if we could get the funds which contradicts the information on their marketing material. Since then they have requested 1 document after another, in the interim after a long debate and arguin they paid out they final expenses on the 10th June. A month after the funeral. They then requested medical reports which I again went and got for them whilst they were not updating us on the progress. I have spent a fortune of email and calls to their call centre and more often than not getting the desired response. Now 2 months down the line we still being told that the claim is awaiting medical authorization before the lump sum could be paid. This after they confirmed receipt of the medical reports on the 7th June. I have lost hope in Ina Blomerus and Marilize Coetzee for lying. Help!!!
