Platinum account service
I had my card delivered to me at my office, however with no information covering account details, cellphone banking, internet bank set up, ebucks etc . I have left two requests on the website to be contacted to receive information covering the above and still to this day nothing . I was under the impression platinum account holders had a dedicated banker . Also still waiting for details on the processing of a laptop I applied for on your laptop/cellphone offer, three days ago.
