We paid Riana Gravett from Belachicks in full on the 5th of July to order our first batch of day old chicks and feed. The chickens was supposed to arrive a week later but she had al sorts of excuses of why its not delivered yet. My husband then asked to please pay us back so that we can go to someone else. This was on the 29th of July, she replied and said she is waiting for National chicks to pay her back. I received the confirmation from National chicks on Monday 12th of August that she was paid back in full on the 26th of July. She is not responding to my e-mails and I haven't received my money back.
