Very unhappy

I am very unhappy with FNB, i lost my mum 2 weeks ago and my dad had a funeral policy on her with fnb and liberty life all the paper work was given in two fnb and liberty life so that our claim will be attended to, when the policy got paid into the account yesterday FNB personal loans debited my dad account for a sum of R3780.25 now i think that is unfair reason been my dad was retrenched last year and he notified fnb personal loans regarding this so that account was insured and to be paid of but when contacted them there were rude towards him and said there will not refund the money and during a time like this with the loss of my mum they had no feelings towards us and treated us like we sold from them, my dad is very upset and i don't blame him that money had to pay for my mum funeral and now the funeral service company is asking for they money what do we do, i told my dad if this problem is not sorted out by today with FNB Personal loans then we will take this matter up with the credit ombudsmen cause it is unfair to debit money from someone who has been retrenched as well someone who collects government pension, we afraid there will take his pension next, please someone he
