After having complained about they bad service I got a call from Anke / Lynette to rectify the situation. I am very happy to say that both of them went the extra mile for myself and my fiance and we are currently very happy outsutance clients. I would just like to personally thanks Lynette and Anke for really going the extra mile in assisting us with our policies and going the extra mile to see where they can accommodate us!!
