With all the promoting done by FNB with regards to the great deals you get using their Ebucks rewards, one would assume that you get a good deal. Unfortunately this seems to be one of those 'too good to be true' situations.
When trying to book a Kulula flight and I select that I am NOT an Ebucks member I am quoted around R600 per flight, however if I select that I am an Ebucks member I am redirected to the Ebucks website where the EXACT same flights are literally double the price!!!
I cannot see how this this a preferential deal, there is actually no benefit to using the ebucks at all!
Kindly explain how you justify charging double the rate for the same flights?
