I joined 1st October they are happy to take my money, then I cant use the policy for 30 days so I wait till 1st November, I go to the Doctor and get a prescription which I take to the pharmacy selected by them.. To find I am not yet on the system, so I had to pay out of pocket for the medication.
I contact them Monday and get absolutely ridiculous service, I get a total run around and they totally refuse to give me names of people in charge.
they as well because on their website they clearly state we can use our police after cancellation but forget to state that they limit you and cant use anything but the GP.
They are liars and if Nicolene Williams does not contact me today I will be contacting a lawyer to take this further. and coming down to the office personally maybe then I will get answers. I have left numerous messages for her if she even exists.
There are new systems in place to protect the consumer and I will be using that.
