I joined 1st October they are happy to take my money, then I cant use the policy for 30 days so I wait till 1st November, I go to the Doctor and get a prescription which I take to the pharmacy selected by them.. To find I am not yet on the system, so I had to pay out of pocket for the medication.
I contact them Monday and get absolutely ridiculous service, I get a total run around and they totally refuse to give me names of people in charge.

They are liars and if Nicolene Williams does not contact me today I will be contacting a lawyer to take this further. and coming down to the office personally maybe then I will get answers.I have left numerous messages for her if she even exists.
