Bad Service and Failure to provide feedback

I am very disappointed with Essential Med I am a new member and I am currently pregnant and the reason why I decided to join this policy is to have an advantage for pregnancy consultation. My first consultation with the doctor was not informative and done fully as he said the card only covers R260.00 and anything beyond I must pay an additional R50.00 for the sonar and do get a print out I must pay an additional amount. I had to contact the call centre to find out the actual benefit of the card as the doctor was not familiar with Essential Med either and the consultant was rushing through the conversation. I called again on 0713327295:Nicolene Williams she was unavailable and I contacted her several times without a respond. I tried her again and spoke to Ellione she promised me the problem would be sorted and I will be given feedback but to my surprise I contacted them on the 01/10/2013 till today I have not received feedback so what is the point of paying R316.00 every month if I need to go through this hassle. Even today I called Nicolene her number went through to voicemail if she was given feedback why am I still waiting.
