Paid R1000.00, on my card on 11.04.2013 a few weeks later i was called and advised that my credit card is overdue, I faxed the proof of payment to the number given 011 631 8606, i received 10 calls a NIGHT & DAY regarding my overdue account despite the proof of payment sent and notes written on the account. Frustrated and dissappointed, I called 0861112807 and I spoke to Jane who confirmed that they had not received my fax which i haveconfirmation that it was succesfully deliverered, she gave me her e-mail address on the 9 May 2013 i.e [Email Removed] and she promised to forward it to their tracing dept..After all these attempts to rectify the matter i still received calls disrupting my work & family time, on the 22 MAY in addition to calls i received an sms alerting me on overdue account and urgent pmt needed to avoid card suspension or call them to the 086 above, and I did call and still to date no resolution on their side. I called again and was told i need to mail the proof again. My frustration has led me to have high blood pressure/heart palpitations, cardiologist visit on Friday. HOW LONG TO FIND AN MISSING PAYMENT I AM NOT ACCEPTING INTEREST CHARGED
