I took out a Hospital Cash back policy with AIG more that a year ago. Beginning of this year I was diagnosed with Kidney failure. I was hospitalised a few times for this condition. The treatment for this is dialysis and is done under the supervision of a specialist not a family doctor. I have send the claim forms and the hospital accounts forms numerous time to AIG and every time they ask for it again and for a family doctor report.
AIG refuse to pay my claim if I do not provide them with a report from the family doctor. To my knowledge this is a HOSPITAL CASH BACK and not a FAMILY DOCTOR TREATMENT policy. It would be fruitless to provide them with a family doctor report while the family doctor is not treating me for this condition at all. I explained this to them in all my E-mails with no effect.
A part from that every time I receive an E-mail from them it is from a different person. It seems that nothing is put on computer so that the one person can see what the other one is doing.
