I would like to send a heart warming thank you to Dibuseng Motaung for the excellent customer service she provided me with yesterday afternoon. She was friendly and polite from the word go. She managed to explain most things on my policy that I enquired about and was patient in dealing with the many questions I had for her. I also appreciate the light conversation that she tries to have with the customers so it doesn't seem like it's business from the moment the customer speaks to her to the moment customers put the phone down. She went as far as negotiating my premiums to be reduced for less than what I had anticipated it would be. Coming from a previous environment myself where customer satisfaction was the number one focus point of the business, she really managed to hit the nail on the head. She is TRULY a superstar consultant and I hope she keeps up the good work.

P.S. Please inform her that even though we are not all pirates supporters like her, we truly hope they get that second star as representatives of South Africa. :-)
