I would like to send a heart warming thank you to Salome for the excellent customer service she provided me with yesterday afternoon. She was friendly and polite from the word go. She managed to explain most things on my policy that I inquired about and was patient in dealing with the many questions I had for her. I also appreciate the light conversation that she tries to have with me. She went as far as negotiating my premiums and my Zero excess. Coming from a previous environment myself where customer satisfaction was the number one focus point of the business, she really managed to hit the nail on the head. She is TRULY a superstar consultant and I hope she keeps up the good work.
