I had a complaint on Friday regarding the exceptionally bad service and attitude received from First For Women regarding my claim. Apparently according to Nana (as Zezethum is never available) the person I spoke to on Friday, the order for my TV repairs had gone through. Today I phoned the company responsible, they have not received any instruction to go ahead with repairs. They are now going to follow up with FFF. If I had not followed up nothing would have been done. Again, FFF your client care, attention to detail, follow up is absolutely SHOCKING. I have still NOT RECEIVED ONE CALL from any of your "dedicated" claim persons!!!
