Bad Attitude and unwilling to help

I phoned Antoinette this morning Ref RH1311051294 and enquired as to why FNB have taken Interest in the amount of R3151.47 twice from me. The attorneys paid them the amount as per guarantee, R3151.47 was debited to the home loan in addition and taken from my cheque account, so the interest due was paid. My Home Loan was then in credit in the amount of R9132, 88. They refunded me this morning with R5981.47 which means that the R3151.47 was once again deducted from funds due to me. She spoke to Home Loans and they say they will refund this in 45 days time??? Why when they already collected the interest from me???
When I asked her to check my statement, she began with but as I said, I am waiting for home loans to answer. I gain queried but cant she look at my statement and tell me whats going on, she began again, but as I said!!!
I want to know why fnb when having already collected interest due, will collect the same amount again, reflect it as a refund, which I havn, t received. Where is my R3151.47??? I want my funds!!!
