FNB will be held responsible for any costs incurre

Due to the bad service from FNB we now cancelled this further loan.

After taking 5 weeks with loan on their side and never once coming back to us - we had to phone after them all the time - I even laid two separate complaints already and they still haven't even bothered to come back to me. When we applied for the loan we stressed that we needed the money in October (we applied in September already). Its now November and therefore too late. The service at FNB is the most atrocious I have ever come across. I have in the meantime gone to ABSA got the loan within 3 working days, this is without even using our house as leverage.

FNB will be held responsible for any costs incurred by the attorneys for their lack of service.
