I applied for a loan with std bank a march 2012 i never signed any contract with them they put money in one of my accounts that i was not using any more and they did not even bother to notify me, they have been taking the same money that they lend ed me still with out any notification. after the account was on R0.00 they phone me telling that i am on areas on my loan, 1st i did not signed a contract, no one told me the loan was approved and now i am told that a owe them. I mean is this how their procedure, is i mean i did't even know how much settlement was and now this is affecting my credit wealth. i want them to reverse the loan and the charges and compensate me for what they have done. I don't believe that i am responsible for their mistakes.
