We applied for a Further Loan on our bond in the last week of September. We went directly to the home loans division at Fairlands because we needed the money quite quickly. We took all our documentation And bank statements with us. The lady who helped us told us that they would take just over a week to come back to us, and then the documents will be given to the attorneys who will take 3-4 weeks. After several emails and phone calls we were getting no where. Weeks were passing. Everytime we send them what they want and we dont hear from them. Then we need to call, the. They need something else, and dont come back to us again. We yesterday only finally got given the documents to go to the attorneys, this is 5 weeks later with FNB. I laid a complaint at FNB last week about this and no one even bothered to come back, i even got a reference number. Just shows the interest you have in ykur clients who you are making thousands of rands from.
