EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL!!!

On 16 Aug 2013 an amount of R4031.03 was taken from my account and the unit contacted me to inform me that NBK Bismarck the money from my account in Namibia while I was in Pretoria. Tsego from the unit gave me a ref no. 6207760. They first told me that the money would be back in my account within 48 hours as I was nowhere near Namibia on that day. The money was never transferred back into my account. I went to Standard Bank Gezina, filled in the affidavit and forms and they said they would investigate and get back to me. I have called numerous times to get feedback, but they never answer their phones. Someone picks up, puts me on hold and then it just rings and rings. In the meantime, I've received new cards and my creditors are hounding me for their payments. How long must I keep on waiting? This is disgusting service! #extremelyunhappycustome
