I deposited money into their atm machine and suddenly the machine freezes, comes back and notifies me that the printer is broken. I go inside to ask for assistance as I need the proof of my payment to sit for exams tomorrow. And no one could help, absolutely no one. I then made calls to their call centres and no picked up, one guy who picked refered me else where and still I held forever on the line. Thanks to you il miss the most important exam of my life. I cant believe iv been your client for over 5 yrs yet this 1 time that I need help no one could. I just threw away my money cause il have to pay the school again for me to write which is next year... you FNB. I hate you
