Payment of loan

On 30th October just after 1pm at night, my cellphone alerted me that my usual stop orders has gone through. However, when I looked at the sms's, I notice that African Bank has deducted their usual stop order plus another one of R1171.79!! When I went to my bank, Capitec, to query this, they told me that it could only be a loan and that they will not be able to reverse that. The next day I took off from work to go to our local African Bank. The lady there, Linda, did phone their head office and call centre. They have told here that on the 5th of October someone has phoned me and I agreed to pay the amount of R11171.79. Now, as it is, I am battling to keep my head above the water, so why on earth would I agree for them to deduct such an amount from my bank. Yes, people has phoned me from their call centre, but no one has ever told me that the account I was paying of was for Bears and not the loan!! So I am under the impression that I am paying of this loan, and in the meantime I am not! If only the people they employ in the call centers can explain to the customer what they want them to pay, things like this would not happen!!! This has put me in financial predicament! Help pls
