I am sitting at Renault bryanston. Since 6:05 this morning. Leona is the manager of liquid Capitol and has extremely bad customer service. She took the maintenance money and she under delivered. And I have been waiting for authorisation since I got here. The promised to phone me before 8 and the time is 8:43. I am now going to leave my car here for the service and get a hired car witch they will have to pay for. I work for a 24 hour company and I am on call. I have already missed 13 calls and I am still waiting for them to call me back. I am not impressed at all with them. Leona always has an excuse for everything
