Ad service of repairing of pool

Logged a Call for a POOL that was damaged during the 2013 winter season and they sent out an assessor and engineer. They declined the application due to other reasons and could not explain why they cannot repair the pool. I've requested several times the Engineers report and also the Assessor report and till today.
Fed up with always following up and leaving messages and is going to the Ombudsman next!!!
I'm insured with VIRGIN and they must see that I get the service i require!!!
