Hi. I purchased a Samsung S3 phone from FNB in December last year and along with that I took out the insurance. About 10 days ago my bag dropped and the phone broke. After phoning the Insurance Department 3 times I eventually got the claim forms emailed to me. Since then I've phoned numerous times to follow up. Every time I get told someone will contact me. Its now a been a week and I've heard nothing from anybody. I did however notice that their payment went off my account - a payment I might add that has just gone up 50%. Its actually quite shameful how bad the service is.
