I was in a car accident on 2014-01-12 Sunday. Monday I phoned Anderson insurance to start the claim process
. After about 5 times I called I only received the forms to be completed because 4 times the call operators hung up on me for no reason. I did not once get nasty with them at all. I completed the forms Monday morning and its now Tuesday 11:00 and I got no response from them not one word. I phoned again 3 times to find out if they received my documentation to start the process and yet again all 3 calls I was hung up on... very very poor service from there side . yes I am a nobody but I strongly advice no one to join this service Anderson insurance broke
