Well I have a shattered rear windscreen, the incident took place yesterday at work did not want to really stress as I have insurance which I have been paying over a year now, with no stress never missed a payment even when they increased their premium without my knowledge I still paid. Yesterday I tried calling them the whole day they didn't pick only got hold of them after 4pm and was told they are closed they can only assist me tomorrow, my car is not fixed till now im told I have to pay excess of R2500 how much is the rear windscreen of an I20? Wat would have happened if I was involved in a car accident ohhh yes tomorrow their premium will be going off? SANTAM I NEED THIS FIXED I CAN NOT AFFORD TO TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF.
