Ive been waiting from the 26th of this month for someone to call me back and maybe assist me in reversing two debit orders that have been cancelled but are still being taken from my account. i work long hours, 8am to 7pm everyday and sat 8am to 4pm so i don't have time to go into a bank that could take hours. surly there is some way of assisting me? what if i was no able to leave the house? all i need is some assistance in getting this money reversed.
