In July 2013 there was a problem with my bank account and my debit order didn't went thru, I did a EFT and send the proof to Monzanique de Waal.By the end of the month a double premie was debited, wich I dispute and the one was cancelled. I send the proof of payment again to her. After numerous e-mails, telephone calls and requests to Monzanique and Itumeleng to rectify this on there system its still not sorted. This pathetic and incompetent behaviour just causes extra panelty fees, bank costs and inconviniece for me. Is there any body who can solve this Issue at MFC?
