Frustrated as I was about car insurance, I decided to go back to my previous insurer which is OUTSURANCE because before I sold my old car I was with them and I always had great service until I bought a new car and the dealer introduced me to their insurance company and it never worked for me. Terrie Mphahlele from OUTSURANCE gave me excellent service today. She was professional, friendly and very helpful. She listened to me and answered all my questions professionally.
