No payment received

I am a service provider for insurance companies. I was appointed by Santam's assessor to attend to work at their client's property around 26 October 2012 and have not received payment up until today which is almost 1 year ago.

I have sent numerous emails and spoke to their assessor but still have not received payment for the work I attended to.
