Cannot wait to change from Santam

My stationary car was hit on the 16th of August. I had to follow up with the assessor on the status of the repairs, he notified me exactly 1 week later on the 23rd that my car was a write-off. I have since sent emails, sms and made calls but to no avail to ask for the claim to be paid so another car payment does not go off my bank account. I did everything for the assessor, got the registration document, settlement letter from the bank, called the bank and gave them all the details for the accident and am still waiting. Its been exactly 14days since the accident and Santam has not responded. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ATTENTION TO A CLIENT WHO HAS ALREADY PAID THE INSURANCE PREMIUMS!
