Non return of phonecalls and queries

On 3 occasions in the past I requested that, with my current policy on my Kangoo, people contact me back-on all 3 occasions I had to contact after they never bothered to phone me back. On 23rd I contacted the call centre and requested to speak to someone as I sold my current car and wanted to continue with Miway on my next car. They promised that someone will contact me, but by Friday no one did, and I contacted them.

On Monday I spoke to a guy in the call centre and he amended my current policy, he also quoted me on a new one and send the contract... BUT HE SAID SAOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK ASAP AS I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE HIGH PREMIUM... up to today and 2 emails to Miway, no one have bothered to contact me back.

This was urgent to me as I am taking delivery of my new car tomorrow and cannot be uninsured. This forced me to get other quotes from someone that is willing to help me.

I feel that the track-record between me and Miway is not good as they never return calls or urgent info queries. I don't think it will be fair for me to pay the premium for June as I would have cancelled it knowing what I know now.

I do not want to use Miway in the future and will not promote them!
