BAD SERVICE!!!

I RECEIVED A SMS TO SAY THAT MY NEW CELLPHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN UPDATED, FIRSTLY I DID NOT CHANGE ANY OF MY DETAILS SO I CALLED THE NUMBER THEY SUPPLIED IN THE SMS TO STOP THESE CHANGES FROM HAPPENING ON MY BANKING.

i HELD ON FOR AN HOUR THE FIRST TIME I CALLED WITH NO SUCCESS I WAS TRANSFERRED TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE FOR HELP NO ONE COULD ASSIST ME, I WAS TOLD THEY WILL TRANSFER ME TO THE TEAM LEADER I HELD ON FOR 10 MINUTES WITH NO ANSWER EVENTUALLY I TOLD THE PEOPLE THAT I CANNOT BE EXPECTED TO HOLD ON FOR SO LONG SO THE SAID THEY WILL CALL ME BACK.

they CALLED ME ON MY CELLPHONE I WAS HOLDING ON FOR 20 MINUTES STILL WAITING FOR THE "TEAM LEADER" THEN MY CALL WAS DROPPED.

I AM NOW CALLING THEM BACK FOR THE SECOND TIME FROM MY OWN PHONE STILL WITH NO SUCCESS.

how DO THEY EXPECT THEIR CLIENTS TO FEEL SAFE BANKING WITH THEM IF IT IS TAKING THEM 2 HOURS TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT, BY THIS TIME THE PERSON WHO CHANGED MY DETAILS CAN HAVE ACCESS TO ALL MY ACCOUNTS.

i AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING, PEOPLE WORKING THIS DEPARTMENT SHOULD KNOW HOW THESE THING WORK AND MUST BE ABLE TO SORT THESE PROBLEMS OUT QUICKLY!!
