During the month of July I applied for a credit card with standard bank at nigel, I was told by the consultant that my application was not approved. On monday I received a letter from bluebean saying that I need to make payment on an overdue account.
I tried to conatact their useless call centre which sent me from pillar to post and even sent an email to their complaint resolution center, I still have not received any help or clarity as to why am I being sent payment letters of a card that I never received nor used.
