UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

Hi

I had calls from companies for a few weeks wanting to seel insurance contracts and life policies to me. I ended up having 2 debit orders going off my account of which i never authorised. I called Xfinity 2 weeks ago and spoke to Samantha. I was promised that my money will be in in 72 hours which never happened. I had a call from a guy musa wanting to confirm the ref number a few days later. I called them again on Tuesday and spoke to Mrs. Moodley who promised that my money will be transfered in 72 hours. Its almost friday and i have had no money transfered into my account. I would like to know where they got my banking details and contact number from as i am going to press charges.
