Hi FNB
This is a difficult complaint to write,
1. I think FNB has some of the most professional call center stuff I have had to deal with
2. I spoke to a guy called Ishmael and he was by far the best, and was very courteous and professional
Here's my problem, I went to an FNB Branch *Sandton* on Monday (29 Jan) to reset my password (bsiness account), they promptly faxed it to their back office and I was told it would be sorted in 4 hours MAX. That was yesterday, now I have been calling them the whole day today (first was told I'd get a call around 10AM to sort it out), it's 15H30 now and well it's still not sorted.
With all the courteous staff unfortunately my stuff doesn't eat professionalism, they need money in their accounts.
Truly disappointing.
