Feedback on progress of claim

This is the worst kind of service ever, been 10 years with them and never claimed once. Now submitting my claim everyone in the claims department and legal department give such bad service not responding to calls, always busy on the phone and leaving early to go home without getting back to you. 3 days later and I am still waiting for a response
