My daughter was involved in an accident on her way to present at her Psychology Honours degree colloquium and was understandably shaken up, though fortunately unhurt by the whole incident. I would like to compliment Adele from Outsurance on the friendly, caring and efficient way in which she guided my daughter through the policy claim process and made her feel completely at ease!
