I am truly annoyed and disappointed, i receive calls saying i owe you, that i am in arrears, that my payments are behind, kindly provide me with info as to what it is that i owe you, i have not missed a single payment, do you know every month you try take money on the 25th cause i looked at my bank statement and i see unsuccessful payment to you, obviously cause i get paid on the 31st hence you always get the money then, I do not appreciate the calls i get at night in the morning at 6 and the threatening smses. Please do not call me to say you will deal with these you have been saying that for the last 3 months, Deal with your unprofessional ism and incompetence and stop Harassing me. I DO NOT OWE YOU, I AM NOT BEHIND, MY LAST INSTALLMENT IS END OF JANUARY.PLEASE DO REFRAIN FROM SENDING ME SMS, CALLING, I DO NOT PLAN ON MISSING A PAYMENT SO I DO NOT EXPECT TO HEAR FROM YOU AND YOUR PROMOTIONAL CALLS I HAVE NO INTEREST.
