I would like to send a compliment to Selina Maloka from retention for the best service she gave me yesterday. I initially called in to cancel my late father's insurance as I thought it was expensive especially since I had a quote from Virgin Insurance which was far less than what he was paying. Selina tried by all means to accommodate me, she did a thorough update of my details to ensure everything that was captured was true and correct so that she could give me the right quote.
Even though the quote she gave me was even more expensive, she made means to speak to her supervisor and have the premium reduced, because I was on the phone for so long I run out of airtime she called me back with no attitude at all.
Selina is a true example of someone who loves her job and strives to give the best service to clients, Mi Way should retain staff memebers of her calibre.
