I phoned Miway Yesterday with the intention of cancelling all my Products with Miway. I was transfered to a Lady by the name of Selina Kadiege at retentions. She realy tried everything available to her disposal to keep me as a client but unfortunately she couldnt match my quote. What really impressed me is she made follow ups on making sure that the the qoute i had from competator has included everything that i initially had with Miway. Her approach and dedication made me not to cancell some of my Miway products. She really did retain me and surely in future i will consider Miway because of her. Thank you Selina you are really an Asset to this company.
