Eally went out of there way to help me

I contacted mi-way because I was not happy with my new insurance premium which was going to start on the 01st of October. I sent mi-way an e-mail stating the above mentioned fact and told them what I was willing to pay. Not only did they contact me back immediately but they also gave me a premium below what I was willing to pay. When they phoned me I was really upset and was a bit rude, sorry Selina, yet the lady who dealt with me Selina Maloka kept her calm and spoke to me in such a way that it calmed me down and reassured me that she would do all in her power to help me. She kept me in the loop at all times. So all I can say to mi-way and Selina is thank you and I am proud to be insured by mi-way insurance company and please keep up the good work!!
