We applied for a 100% bond which are obviously hard to come by. We had a few admin glitches, which she willingly, patiently and tenaciously assisted in sorting out. She then did her magic, and we have finally had our bond approved. And not only that, she negotiated our interest rate down to the bare minimum, which will certainly effect our lives for the future.
I just want to thank Liz for everything she has done. I haven't dealt with a more energetic, committed person for a long time. I'm super critical about customer service, and all I can say is "WOW"!
