Unfair, bad service and bad attitude toward 3rd pty

As a third party. Surely your client has liability, if not ur client would be a 3rd party. If I was at fault I would have used my own insurance to get the matter resolved.

I need to understand how is it that you obey the rules of the road. I was aproaching a stop sign, slowing down and ultimately stop at a stop sign, my car gets hit by a car and then be told the onus is on me to be vigilant.
how is it that your client damages my car and you reject my claim

furthemore how is it that the claim handler has an attitude about it interupts me when I talk when i try to explain and need to understand

how can I be dispositioned like this, be a victom and the people responsible for this fails to take proper action.

can someone who doesnt have an attitude please look into this claim. listen to my statement provided telephonically, read my recent email sent to Charlene and please tell my how does your client damange my car in that way and you refuse to correct her actions for which she is insured for.
