I took up a service plan in August 2013. Because my car was due for a service, I was advised that I had to pay 4 installments ahead. I did that & took my car for a service. Lincoln advised me that the first debit order would go off in January 2014 but this.month a debit order went off my account. I am on a 36 month sevice plan. This is not what agreed on. I have sent emails to Lincoln williams, with no response. I even called customer service but I received no help.
Somebody please sort this out. Sales the sales guys are not keeping their word.
Also please note that to date, I still have not received my policy documents.
